We are BENGAL AQUA ENGINEERING and you can find us at 112/14/28, Old Kolkata Road. This road has a lot of history and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Our work is mostly about water and how to move it or clean it. The building we are in is quite old and has that specific smell of damp concrete and iron. We have pipes and fittings all over the floor, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit down. We aren't fancy people. We wear work boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. Most of our day is spent dealing with pumps, filters, and engineering problems that come up. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a marketing team or a polished website. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the door and shout for one of us. We know the Old Kolkata Road area like the back of our hand. The weather can be pretty intense here, either very hot or very rainy, and that affects the work we do. We just keep plugging away at it. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know we won’t give them a hard time. It’s a simple life, focused on mechanical things and getting the job done right without any fuss. We aren't looking to change much about how we operate.
