Purushottam Agencies has been at 27 Brabourne Road for a long time. We are in the Narayani Building, room 402. If you know Brabourne Road, you know it’s one of the busiest streets you can find. It’s always crowded with people, cars, and handcarts. Our office is in an old building, but it has a lot of character. We are an agency that handles various goods. The office is packed with files and registers. We still like doing some things the old way, with pen and paper, though we have computers now too. It’s a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we don't really notice it anymore. The staff here is like a small family. Some have been with us for twenty years. We start our day early to beat some of the heat and the crowds. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our customers have been with us for decades. They know where to find us. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. If you come to see us, you’ll likely see us busy on the phones or checking ledgers. We just try to be honest and get the job done every day. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fans running. It is just the way we like to do business.
