We’re located over in New Alipore, inside the New Market Complex. If you head up to the fourth floor in Block M, Phase I, you’ll find us in rooms 406 and 407. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, but we’re there every day. At Videojet Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., we mostly handle coding and marking equipment. It’s the kind of stuff you see on the bottom of soda cans or on the back of food packets. Our office is a mix of desks and spare parts scattered around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone helping people figure out why their printers aren't working right or sending out technicians to various sites. It’s steady work and keeps the small team here on their toes. New Alipore is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. People mostly come to see us when they have a technical problem that needs solving or they need to pick up some ink or ribbons. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the market downstairs. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to help out our clients.
