Velji & Sons

Velji & Sons has been operating out of the first floor at 3 Bentinck Street for a long time. It is an old building, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb when you are coming up to see us. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy hanging outside. Most people who come here already know where we are or they have been told by someone else. The office is very basic, just some desks, old files, and the usual stuff you need to run a day-to-day business. We are not the type of people to use big words or try to impress anyone with a fancy renovated office space. It is mostly just us handling the work that comes in. Bentinck Street is always full of traffic and people, but once you get inside and up to the first floor, it is a bit quieter. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through stacks of paperwork. There is no marketing department here, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We like it this way because it is simple and we know our regular customers well. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit noisy and the light is not the best, but it works fine for what we do. We do not really do much advertising because word of mouth seems to be enough for us. It is just a practical place.
