VEINARD REALCON LLP

VEINARD REALCON LLP is based in Alipore, over at Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road. We are in Room 4A on the 4th floor. It is a nice enough building, though finding a parking spot on the street can be a nightmare sometimes. We do a lot of real estate consulting and construction-related work. It involves a lot of sitting through meetings and looking at blueprints. The office is number 12C and it is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Real estate in Kolkata 700027 is always interesting because of the old buildings and the new ones going up side by side. We just try to keep up with it all. The work is mostly checking on site progress and talking to contractors. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Usually, it is just jeans and a shirt because we have to go out to the sites. We handle the paperwork for buying and selling and try to make sure everything is legal and correct. There are a few of us here and we have a routine. We start early, get the tea going, and start making calls. It is just regular work for regular people trying to make a living in the city.
