Vegan Fiesta Private Limited is located at 5/C Mahendra Road in Kolkata. We are a bit different from the usual businesses around here since we focus on vegan stuff. The office is in a regular building on a busy street. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a few rooms where we plan out everything. Kolkata is a city that loves its food, so being on Mahendra Road puts us right in the thick of things. We spend a lot of our time trying out different recipes or talking to people who want to try plant-based options. The space is often filled with the smell of whatever we are testing that day. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture; most of our budget goes into the ingredients and the supplies. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of orders to get out the door. We aren't trying to be some massive food chain. We just like what we do and we work hard at it. There are always piles of boxes and notes stuck to the walls. Sometimes we get orders mixed up or the delivery guy gets lost in the Kolkata traffic, but we always try to sort it out. It’s a small operation with real people who care about the food. We don't use any corporate talk or big marketing words. We just make the food and hope people like it, doing our best every day.
