Mohini Priya Dairy is right there by Andal More on the G.T. Road. Being on such a busy road means there is always noise and trucks passing by, but inside the dairy, we just focus on the cows. We have been at this location for some time now. Dealing with milk and livestock means there are no holidays. The cows need to be fed and milked whether it is Sunday or a festival day. It is a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We aren't a giant factory with machines doing everything. We do things by hand mostly. The staff lives nearby and we all know each other. It feels more like a small community than a big business. When people stop by on the G.T. Road, they see we are just a practical operation. We don't have a glossy brochure to give you. If you want to know about us, you just look at the work we do every morning. The heat in the summer makes it tough for the animals, so we spend a lot of time making sure they are cool and have enough water. It is a cycle that repeats every day. We get up, we work, we clean, and we start over. That’s the reality of running a dairy in Andal. It is just life on the road for us. We just keep our heads down and get the milk ready for the locals who need it every day. It is hard work but it is honest.
