Our place, Value Homes Realty, is located at 289 Rajarhat in New Town. We are quite close to Narkelbagan in Action Area 1. If you've spent any time in New Town lately, you know how fast everything is growing. We are right in the middle of all that construction and noise. Our office is a simple setup where we help people figure out where they want to live in this part of Kolkata. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We mostly just sit down with a cup of tea and go through what’s available on the market. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Some of them are getting a bit old now because of how quickly the roads are changing. We aren't really into those fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what the price is and what the neighborhood is like. It’s a lot of walking around and showing apartments, which gets tiring when it’s humid outside. Most of us here have been living in the Rajarhat area for years, so we remember when it was mostly empty fields. Now it’s all concrete and glass. We just try to keep up with it all and make sure the paperwork for our clients is in order. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our feet every day. There is always someone coming in to ask about a new building.
