Urbanorth Realtors LLP is over at 101/3 Cossipore Road. We are on the third floor, specifically in flat number 303. This part of Kolkata has its own character. The road can be quite busy with trucks and buses. Our office is a plain space on the third floor. There’s no elevator music or fancy carpets here. It’s just where we keep our computers and all the property records. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local real estate market. It involves a lot of talking and even more paperwork. Sometimes the heat makes the office a bit stuffy, but we have the windows open when we can. We are just a small team. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or folks who were told about us by someone else. It’s a practical way to run things. The commute to Cossipore Road can be long depending on where you're coming from. We usually have some snacks in the drawer and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We do our best to keep things straight and handle the property business. There is always a lot of dust from the road, but we keep the place clean.
