Urbaniva Realtors Private Limited has been based at 33 Madan Mohan Barman Street for a while now. This part of Kolkata is always crowded, and the streets are narrow, so it feels like you are right in the heart of everything. We work out of an old building that has seen better days, but it has character. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who know the local property scene. We deal with a lot of commercial spaces and old residential units in the city center. It is a lot of running around, honestly.
