Our office is located at 6/3B/1B on Seal Lane. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we still get a good amount of people dropping by. We focus on helping people navigate the local property market, which can be a bit of a headache if you do not know the area. The office is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper records stacked up. We spend our time checking through listings and talking to owners about what they want for their places. Seal Lane is a bit of an old-fashioned spot, and we like it that way. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us from a friend. We do not do big advertisements or anything like that. We just try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for a new flat or a small shop to rent. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at different properties to make sure they are in good shape. Sometimes we have to deal with old buildings that have a few quirks, but we just tell it like it is. It is just a few of us here, keeping track of who is selling and who is buying. We just try to keep things moving along without making things more complicated than they need to be. Every day brings someone new looking for a home.
