Our office is tucked away on the second floor over at 82/7/N Ballygunge Place. It is a quiet enough street compared to the rest of Kolkata, though finding parking can be a real nightmare sometimes. It is just a regular workspace where we manage leases and sales. The paperwork for property transfers in West Bengal is usually a stack of documents a mile high, so we spend a good chunk of the week just sorting through that. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees outside. We have been around this part of South Kolkata for a bit now. People stop by to ask about rentals or if we know anyone looking to buy. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Buying a house is stressful, and we just try to help with the messy parts. It is a job like any other, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things.
