Umesh Saloon

Umesh Saloon is a small shop on the ground floor in 3 No Ghosh Para. We are located right near the 3 No Auto Stand. It is a very convenient place because many people pass by the auto stand every day. I have been running this saloon for many years. It is just a single room with two chairs and some basic equipment. We do not have any fancy furniture. The chairs are old but comfortable. I do the haircuts and shaves myself, sometimes with one helper. We see a lot of the auto drivers and the people who live in the Ghosh Para buildings. It is a noisy place because of the autos constantly coming and going, but we are used to it. We don't have an air conditioner, just a ceiling fan that runs all day. Sometimes we have the radio on to listen to some music or the news. People come in for a quick trim or a shave before they head to work. We don't have a big sign or any advertisements. Everyone in the neighborhood knows where Umesh Saloon is. We use simple tools like razors and combs. We keep everything as clean as possible. It is a very humble business. We aren't trying to be a big brand. We just want to give a decent haircut to the people who live and work around here. If you are near the auto stand, you will see us.
