Ultra Agencies is located at No. 113 on the first floor along Chitranjan Avenue. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here long enough that we know every creak in the wooden floorboards. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the narrow stairs, which keeps us a bit away from the street level noise, though the constant honking still makes its way inside. We deal with a lot of different clients throughout the week. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples, brochures, and stacks of paper that never seem to get any smaller no matter how much we work. We try to stay organized, but it’s a constant battle with all the new stuff coming in. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we have big windows in the front that let in some natural light during the day. Most of our time is spent on the telephone or typing out messages to the people we work with. It’s a steady pace, nothing too frantic most of the time. We aren’t interested in being the biggest agency around; we just like doing our work and going home to our families. Sometimes we have tea brought up from the little stall downstairs when we need a break. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing records.
