We’ve been operating from here for a long time. It’s an old building, but it works for us. Inside, it’s mostly desks and people talking on phones about alloys and different types of metal. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. Most of our day is spent coordinating with the plants and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. The traffic outside is always a nightmare, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the hallways sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest place on the block. We just handle our business. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in alloys, so the desks are usually covered in files. We have a small team and we’ve all known each other for years. It’s more like a family than a big corporate office. When someone calls, they usually speak to the same person every time. We don't have a big marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we've been at this address for so long. People find us because they know we're steady. It’s just us doing our daily work in a corner of this big city.
