Anupama Enterprise

Anupama Enterprise is located at Ae/B/22 in East Arjunpur, right near VIP Road in the Teghoria area. It’s a busy spot to be, especially with the airport traffic and people moving around all the time. Our place isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We keep our supplies stacked high, and sometimes you have to move three things just to get to one. It’s a bit like a puzzle back there. The team here is small, just a handful of people who live nearby. We usually walk to work or take a short ride. We spend most of the day answering calls and coordinating with drivers. Some days it’s quiet and we can catch up on cleaning the shelves, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. We handle a bit of everything for the local trade. It’s a very local feel here; we know the tea stall guy and the other shop owners on the block. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just open the doors at the same time every morning and start working. If a customer is unhappy, we hear about it right away and try to fix it. It's a very direct way of doing business. The heat can get pretty bad in the summers since we don't have much ventilation, but we just keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s a simple living, but we are happy to be part of the community here.
