Udbhav Consultantsudbhav Consultants Llp has its office in Suhasini Bhawan, which is located at 28/D, Avoy Vidya Lankar Road in Kolkata. It’s an old, sturdy building with a lot of character. We have been here for quite some time now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads of the city. Our office has those high ceilings and heavy doors that you find in older Kolkata buildings. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel space. We have lots of shelves filled with books and old files that we’ve collected over the years. The furniture is a bit mismatched, with some desks being newer than others. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Usually, when someone comes to see us, they just walk right into the main work area. We spend our days going through documents and dealing with the various details of our consultancy work. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. We like the feeling of being in a real neighborhood rather than a sterile business district. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing our address. We just focus on getting our work done every day. It’s a simple, no-nonsense setup that has served us well for a long time at Suhasini Bhawan.
