We have our own routine here, starting in the morning and finishing up by late afternoon. There are a couple of tea stalls nearby where we often go to grab a drink and have a quick chat. We don’t really go for a polished corporate look or any of that. It’s just Dtc Securities Ltd. on a small sign by the door. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping everything organized. It’s an honest day's work in a part of the city we know well. We like being in Santoshpur; it has a good feel to it and it’s easy for us to get to. We just keep things simple and keep working.
