Lloyds Corp

Lloyds Corp is located right on D H Road in Kolkata. If you know the Pora-Aswathatala area, we are at number 154. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has been here for quite some time. We do a lot of different things, mostly office work and coordinating supplies. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we keep the files and handle the phones. The traffic on D H Road can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but we’re used to the noise by now. We usually have tea together in the mornings before the real work starts. There are about five of us who handle the day-to-day operations here. It isn’t a corporate high-rise or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get things done. We deal with various business matters that come our way. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. The area around 700063 has a lot of small shops, so we usually step out for lunch nearby. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most people who need us already know where we are. It’s just a straightforward operation. We keep the ledger updated and make sure the deliveries are on track. That’s basically the whole story of what we do here in Kolkata. We just try to keep things moving.
