Our setup is over in Salt Lake City, Sector I. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center but still busy enough. We handle rice processing and distribution from here. It's a Private Limited company on paper, but on the ground, it's just a few of us making sure the mill runs okay and the bags get loaded. The office at Ad-16 is where we do the accounts and take the orders. Rice is a staple, so there's always something to do. Some days are just filled with checking the quality of the grain coming in. We’ve had some old machinery that we have to fix every now and then, but that’s how it goes. My cousin helps with the logistics. We don’t really do big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth in the trade. Salt Lake has changed a lot over the years, more buildings and cars now. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. The weather affects the crop, so we’re always watching the rain. If it’s too dry, things get tough. We just try to keep the supply steady for the local shops and wholesalers. It’s not a glamorous job, getting dust on your clothes and dealing with trucks at odd hours. But it pays the bills and keeps the community fed. We just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a fancy reception area, just a desk and some chairs for visitors who want to talk about bulk orders.
