Turner & Tools

Turner & Tools is at 15, Ganesh Chandra Avenue in the Dharmatala area. It is a very busy part of the city, and the noise from the street never really stops. We have been in this same building for many years now. The shop has high ceilings and old wooden counters that have seen a lot of wear and tear over the decades. We sell all kinds of tools and hardware to whoever walks through the door. It is not a modern store with bright lights and fancy signs. It is more of an old-school place where we know exactly where every small screw is kept. We do not spend money on advertising or social media. Most of our customers are locals who have lived in Dharmatala for a long time. They know they can just come in and tell us what they are working on. We listen and then find the right tool for the job. Sometimes we have a short chat about the weather or how busy the road is today. It is a friendly place, even if it looks a bit cluttered to some people. We are not trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to give people what they need for their repairs. The floorboards creak when you walk on them, and the paint is peeling, but we do not mind. We are open most days.
