Troodon Realestate LLP is located in Behala, specifically at 69/1 Mitra Colony. We are on the second floor, flat 2A. If you know the LP-114/5/7 area, we are right in that cluster. The building is a bit older, typical for this part of Kolkata. Working in real estate here means a lot of running around the local streets. The office is small but it fits us. We usually have the fans going full speed because the West Bengal heat is no joke in the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbors in Mitra Colony stop by just to say hello or ask about some local plot. It’s a residential vibe mostly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us sitting at our desks. There’s a tea shop nearby that we visit way too often. Finding the right door on the second floor can be a little confusing the first time, but you'll see the nameplate. We deal with whatever property issues come our way. It’s a lot of talking to folks and sorting out documents. The commute here can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour. We just keep things moving along day by day. It’s a steady pace. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't. We just work. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over maps of the colony. It is a simple life here.
