Trendclass Realty Llp

We have been operating out of the Ashoka building on VIP Road for a while now. It is right across from Haldiram in Rajarhat, so everyone knows the spot. Trendclass Realty Llp is just a small team of us trying to figure out the local property market. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road, but we stay at it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork that never seems to end. We deal with apartments and land deals around this side of Kolkata. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes we are out in the sun looking at sites and other times we are stuck in the office at Panchwati Complex dealing with files. We aren't a big fancy firm with a huge marketing budget or anything like that. We just know the neighborhood well. If you are looking for a place or trying to sell one near the airport or along the VIP stretch, we probably have some info on it. We keep our coffee machine running all day because the afternoons get slow otherwise. Our office at flat 3B isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We just try to be straightforward with people and help them get through the legal stuff without too much of a headache. Dealing with real estate in West Bengal is always a bit of a process, but we have seen it all before. That is pretty much what we do every day.
