Tremendous Realty Private Limited

Tremendous Realty Private Limited is located over at 18/1/B Swinhoe Street. We have been in this part of Kolkata for a good while now, and the office is a pretty simple setup. We have our desks pushed against the walls and a few extra chairs for when people stop by to talk about property. Swinhoe Street is usually busy, so there is always noise from the traffic and people walking past our door. We spend most of our mornings answering phone calls or going through piles of paperwork that seem to never get any smaller. It is not a very fancy operation, just a few rooms where we get the work done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It is just us doing the day-to-day work of looking at sites and checking documents. Most days we are out and about visiting different neighborhoods. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get out to see properties, so we just sit in the office and catch up on filing. It is a simple routine we have got going. We keep our files in big steel cabinets and occasionally we lose the keys for a few minutes. That is just how things go here. We try to stay organized but it gets busy. We are just a local office trying to keep things moving along.
