Touchwin Properties LLP is based at Azimganj House on Camac Street. We are on the first floor, room 4, at number 7 Camac Street. It’s a very famous street in Kolkata, known for having a lot of offices and shops and people. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator when we’re in a hurry. Our space is pretty simple. We have our computers, some chairs for visitors, and lots of paper files. We deal with all sorts of property matters. Some days it’s about residential flats, other days it’s commercial spaces. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small team trying to help people navigate the real estate market in this city. It can be a confusing process with all the rules and forms, so we just take it one step at a time. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or marketing talk. We just provide the information we have on hand. The area around Camac Street is always lively, and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. It makes for an interesting workday. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and try to be as helpful as we can without making a big fuss about things. It's just us.
