We are located on the third floor of a building at 5/1 Clive Row. If you know the Calcutta GPO area, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s an old part of the city with narrow streets and lots of movement every single day. We deal with tools of all kinds. It isn't a fancy showroom with glass windows and air conditioning. It is just a regular workspace where we keep our stock and talk to people who need specific items for their projects. Most of the time, the fans are humming and we are sorting through crates or answering the phone. Clive Row has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Getting things up to the third floor can be a bit of a task, but we manage. People come to us because they know where we are and what we keep in the back. Sometimes it's quiet, but usually, there's someone dropping by to check on an order. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It’s just us here, making sure the right tools get to the right people. The walls are lined with shelves, and there's a certain smell of metal and packaging that you get used to. We keep our paperwork on a wooden desk that's seen better days. That is just how it is here. We focus on the work and the supplies we have.
