Khandelwal Sanitations Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the 7th floor of Todi Corner at 32 Ezra Street. Being up on the seventh floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but Ezra Street is always full of life and trade. Our office, specifically room 709, is where we handle all the orders for plumbing and sanitation supplies. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time, but we are used to it by now. We carry a lot of different catalogs for taps, pipes, and bathroom fittings, and we spend a good chunk of our day talking to builders and plumbers who need specific parts for their projects. The space is filled with samples and boxes, making it feel more like a working warehouse than a corporate office. We have been at Ezra Street for quite a while, and we've seen many businesses come and go. People know they can find us here when they need something specific that the smaller local hardware stores might not have in stock. We don't really do much in the way of marketing; we just rely on the fact that we have been around long enough for people to trust that we know our products. It is a busy, sometimes messy way to make a living, but we enjoy the interactions we have with our regular customers every day. We just try to provide the parts people need to get their plumbing jobs finished.
