Kali Pipes & Poles

Kali Pipes & Poles is located over at No. 122 J.N. Mukherjee Road in the Ghusuri area of Howrah. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty loud and busy with all the trucks and commercial activity. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, dealing mostly with heavy pipes and poles that go into various infrastructure or building projects. Our yard is usually full of heavy materials, and there is almost always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate. It is physical work, and we spend most of our time outside or in the warehouse area rather than sitting behind a desk. Howrah is a place where things are always being built or repaired, so there is never really a quiet day for us. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure the right sizes of pipes get to the right sites on time. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, which can slow things down, but we just keep at it. Most of our clients are local contractors who have been buying from us for a long time. They know where we are on J.N. Mukherjee Road and they know we don't mess around with the technical details. It is a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. No big corporate meetings, just getting the supplies out to the people who need them. We try to keep things moving as quickly as possible so that no one's project gets delayed because of us.
