You can find us right near Gupta Mansion at No. 69- A Netaji Subhash Road. It’s a crowded street, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been selling hardware here for a long time. The shelves are packed with hammers, nails, hinges, and all sorts of things you’d need for a house repair. It smells like oil and metal inside, which I’ve grown to like over the years. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly, so we mostly rely on memory and a lot of searching through drawers. If a customer comes in asking for a specific bolt, we usually know which corner it’s tucked away in. Netaji Subhash Road is always loud with horns and people shouting, but inside the shop, it’s a bit quieter. We get all kinds of people, from professional builders to someone just trying to fix a leaky faucet at home. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. My hands are usually a bit dirty from digging through the bins, but that’s just how hardware stores are. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a plain shop with a lot of stuff shoved into every available space. We like it that way because it feels real. If you need something for your home, we likely have it buried somewhere on a shelf. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay.
