It’s a busy spot, for sure. We spend our days dealing with estate matters. It’s mostly about coordinating between different parties and making sure the documents are in order. The office is usually full of stacks of papers because that’s just how this business goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the work. Sometimes the weather in Kolkata makes the commute a bit of a pain, especially when it rains hard, but we're always here. We've been in this building for a bit now. It has its quirks, like any old building in this part of town. We handle a variety of property things, mostly focused on the local market here. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. We talk to clients, visit sites when we really need to, and try to keep things moving. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the tasks that come our way. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in India. We just want to get the job done right so we can go home.
