We are over at No. 6A/1 Tiljala Lane. It’s a narrow little lane, but it has a lot of character. Our workshop is where all the crafts happen. It’s not a huge factory with big machines. Instead, it’s a lot of tables pushed together and shelves overflowing with materials. You can usually find a few of us huddled over a project, trying to get the details just right. Tiljala is a busy area and the noise from the street usually drifts in through the windows. We don't mind it much. It feels like we are part of the local life here. The crafts we make are all done by hand, so things take a little longer than they would if a computer was doing it. We like it that way. It gives the stuff we make a bit of a soul. Sometimes we run out of space because we have so many different types of fabric and beads laying around. It looks like a mess to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors often stop by just to see what new things we are working on. It’s a small operation, just a handful of people who enjoy making things. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the workshop running and keep making things that people like to have in their homes.
