We are based out of 389 Dumdum Park in Kolkata. It’s a different vibe than the heavy industrial areas, being situated more towards the residential side of things. The Wesman Engineering Company Pvt Ltd has been here for a while now. We have a solid, simple setup where we handle various engineering projects and all the coordination that goes with them. Dumdum Park is a well-known area, so it’s usually easy for people to find us once they get into the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and a lot of engineering talk going on throughout the day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just rely on the work we do to speak for itself. Sometimes the monsoons make things difficult with the roads flooding, but we still make it in to get the job done. It’s a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at project specifications. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork gets a bit ahead of us during the busy months. We are just a group of engineers and office staff who have been doing this for a long time. We like the local feel of being in Dumdum Park. It feels more like a community than just a cold, distant business district.
