Our place is at 18/1, Kalibari Road in Santoshpur. It is a typical street in this part of the city, narrow and always a bit crowded with people walking to the local temple. Amsu Engineering Pvt.Ltd. sounds like a big name, but we are really just a group of people working in a modest building. Inside, it is full of metal parts, blueprints spread out on old wooden tables, and the constant hum of electricity. We have been in Santoshpur for a good number of years. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers well. The building itself is quite old and has that specific smell of damp stone and machine oil. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you want to see what we do, you just have to walk into the workspace. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we have to put sandbags by the door, but we've gotten used to that over time. We handle different types of engineering jobs, mostly things that require a lot of patience and steady hands. We aren't trying to become a global giant. We just want to do the work correctly and stay on Kalibari Road where we belong. It is a busy life, but it is ours, and we wouldn't really know what to do with ourselves if we weren't here in the shop.
