Teasel Realty Private Limited is based in East India House, which is an old and well-known building on Abdul Hamid Street. You can find us on the third floor in Suite-3F. Being in this part of the city means we are surrounded by a lot of history and many other offices. It is a professional enough setup, but it definitely has a lived-in feel to it. We handle various real estate projects and property management tasks from here. The office is usually busy with people coming in to drop off documents or talk about local listings. We don't go in for big advertisements or loud signs. We prefer to just get on with the job. Most of our day is spent dealing with the legal side of property deals or looking over site plans. It involves a lot of desk work and phone calls to different departments. The building has its quirks, like the old staircase and the way the light looks in the hallways in the late afternoon. We like it here because it is central and easy for people to reach. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sense of the local real estate market. We try to be practical and honest about what is available. If you are in the neighborhood, just come up to the third floor. We are usually there.
