Tanvina Realty Private Limited is located over in Lake Gardens. You can find us on the first floor of building 383. It's a quieter part of Kolkata compared to the main city center, which is a nice change of pace for us. Most of our day is spent looking at houses and apartments around this specific area. The office isn't very big at all, but it works for what we need to get done. We mostly deal with local folks who are looking to buy or rent something nearby. Sometimes things get really busy and the phone won't stop ringing for an hour, but other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We are just a local team doing realty work. Being on the first floor means people can find us pretty easily without getting lost in a big high-rise with twenty floors. We've lived and worked in West Bengal for a long time, so we know the streets and the blocks around here quite well. If someone asks about a specific lane, we usually know exactly where it is. We handle the usual stuff like contracts and checking out sites. It's steady work. We like the neighborhood feel of Lake Gardens. There are trees around and it feels more like a community. We just keep our heads down and do the job day by day.
