Swastika & Associates

Tagore Park is a nice and quiet residential area in Kolkata. We are located at J1 Plot. It is a peaceful place to spend the day working. Swastika & Associates is not some huge corporation with offices in every city. We are just a small group of people who help out with property stuff here. We have lived in this part of the city for a long time, so we know the lanes and the people who live in them. When someone wants to move to Tagore Park, they are usually looking for something quiet and settled. We try to help them find exactly that. We do not have a front desk or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you will just see us working at our old wooden desks. There is always a lot of paperwork when it comes to property, and we spend a great deal of time sorting through all of it. It is not the most exciting job in the world, but it is important to get the details right. We do not use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this specific neighborhood. We have seen many of the old houses get replaced by new apartments over the years. Sometimes it is a bit sad to see, but that is just how the city grows. We talk to the local residents and the owners every day. It involves a lot of drinking tea and chatting about the news. It's how we stay informed about the street.
