Susam Beauty Parlour

Susam Beauty Parlour is on the ground floor on R R Mitra Road in Beliaghata. We are quite close to the BC Office, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a simple setup we have here. We do threading, hair cutting, and some basic skin work for the ladies in the neighborhood. The room isn't very big, so it feels a bit tight when two or three people are inside at once. We have some curtains for privacy and a few chairs that have seen better days. Most of our customers are women who live in the nearby blocks. They come in for a quick eyebrow shaping or to get their hair trimmed before a family function. We don't have any big advertisements outside, just the name on the door. It stays busy in the afternoons after the housework is done. We use the products that people are familiar with. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it mopped, especially during the rainy season when it gets muddy outside. It’s a quiet enough street, but you can always hear the rickshaws going past. We aren't a big city salon with uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and work hard to make sure people leave looking a bit better than when they walked in. It is just a small local business run by people who live nearby.
