Surojit Trading Co. is right on the Sodpur Barasat Road. We are located in the Ghola Bazar part of Sodepur, which is always full of life. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the PNB Bank, so that’s the best landmark to use. The bazaar is a noisy, busy place with vendors, shoppers, and cars all trying to move through at the same time. We have been trading here for a while and have seen many businesses come and go. Our shop is simple. We have our stock piled up and a small counter where we talk to our customers. It’s not a fancy air-conditioned showroom; it’s a real place for real people. We spend our time managing the inventory and making sure we have what people need. During the monsoon, the road outside can get a bit flooded, but we just put on our boots and keep going. We know most of the people who walk past our door by name. We don't use big words or have a complicated mission statement. We just want to provide what we can and make enough to keep going. Sometimes we stay late to finish the accounts or reorganize the shelves. It’s the kind of business where you get your hands a bit dirty, and we are fine with that. It’s our way of being part of the Sodepur community. We like it here and don't see ourselves leaving for any reason.
