You can find us at 4, Fairlie Place, inside the H.M.P House. Surmedha Property LLP is located on the 4th floor, specifically in Room No 421A. This is the 700001 area of Kolkata, which is a very old and historic part of the city near the river. The HMP House is a large building with lots of different offices, and we’ve been in our room on the fourth floor for some time now. The elevators can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we end up walking the stairs. Our room, 421A, is simple and a bit cramped with all the property files we keep. It’s a busy building with people constantly moving through the halls. We like being in Fairlie Place because it feels like you are in the center of how the city used to be. The rooms have high ceilings, and you can feel the history of the place. We don't have any fancy decorations or modern furniture. It’s just a workspace where we handle property matters for people in West Bengal. We often have some tea while looking out at the other buildings. It’s a noisy, bustling environment, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We are just a small LLP doing our daily rounds and keeping track of our work in the ledger. It's not a fast-paced life, but it's our life and we're used to it by now.
