Surendra Minerals & Chemical Industries

Our office is tucked away in the Mercantile Buildings at 10/1E, right on Lal Bazar Street. It’s a busy part of the city, and the building itself has a lot of history. At Surendra Minerals & Chemical Industries, we spend most of our time dealing with samples and paperwork. You’ll see lots of jars and packets of different minerals sitting around on the shelves. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we do our business. Lal Bazar Street is always humming with activity, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. We aren’t really the type to have a polished sales pitch. We just know our minerals and we know the chemicals we work with. People come to us because we’ve been here at 9/12 for a long time and we know how the trade works. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day going up and down. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, some ledger books, and a lot of phone calls to suppliers. If you need to find us, look for the Mercantile Buildings sign. It’s a solid spot for a business like ours. We keep things simple and honest, which is how we like it. The air always smells a bit like stone dust, which is just part of the job.
