Kalinga Calciners

Kalinga Calciners is right in the heart of Kolkata on Dhirendhar Sarani. If you know the Bowbazar area, you know how crowded and loud it can get. Our office at Number 1 is right in the middle of all that energy. We deal with calcining processes, which is a specialized field, but we don’t make a big fuss about it. The building is older, like most things in this part of West Bengal, but it serves us well. It has high ceilings and that old Kolkata smell of dust and history. Every day, the street outside is full of rickshaws, vendors, and people rushing to work. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, and we’ve become part of the local routine. People stop by just to say hello or ask for directions. Inside, it’s mostly just us looking over files and talking to clients on the phone. We don't have any shiny furniture or big signs. It’s a very simple office because we spend most of our time thinking about the technical side of the minerals. Working in India’s industrial sector requires a lot of patience, and we have plenty of that. We take things as they come. The rains in Kolkata can be a challenge, but we just keep the door open and keep working. It’s a solid way to spend the day.
