Over in the Paikpara area of Kolkata, specifically in Indralok Estate-3, you’ll find our office. India Carbon Limited has been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. The F6/5 address is where we handle all the administrative side of things. It’s a busy part of the city, and the streets around Paikpara are always full of life, with people rushing to work and vendors selling all sorts of things. Our office is a bit of an escape from that noise once you step inside. We have a lot of history here, and you can see it in the way the office is laid out. It’s functional and organized, but definitely shows its age in a comfortable way. We don't go for those modern open-plan layouts; we like our separate desks and piles of files. There is always someone coming or going, whether it’s a courier or a staff member heading out to a site. We don't have a professional receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The work we do with carbon is technical, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed. We’ve had the same tea guy for years, and he knows exactly how everyone likes their drink. It’s just a regular Kolkata workplace. We keep our heads down and get the job done without needing any fancy frills or corporate slogans.
