Surakha Hospital

Surakha Hospital is over in Salt Lake Sector-2. The specific address is JC-16 & 17. If you know Salt Lake, you know the sectors are laid out in a certain way, so it’s not too hard to navigate once you get into the rhythm of the blocks. We are right there in the middle of it. The building covers two plots, sixteen and seventeen, so there is a bit more space than some of the smaller clinics around here. It’s a hospital, so the lights stay on and people are around at all hours. We don’t have those fancy glass walls you see in the new city buildings. It’s more of a practical place with white walls and the smell of cleaning supplies. The staff is usually running around between the different floors. We have our regulars who live nearby in Sector-2 and some people who come from further out in Salt Lake. The morning shift starts early, and there is always a bit of a rush when the doctors arrive. It’s a busy environment but it’s not impersonal. You get to know the people who come in. We try to keep the waiting area as comfortable as we can, though on some afternoons every chair is taken. Salt Lake is a nice area to work in, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Surakha Hospital is just a part of the local landscape here in JC block, and we are just here to do our daily work for the patients.
