Apollo Gleneagles-Kolkata

We’ve been here in the B.P. Town Ship area for quite a while now. Most people know the building at Block K-35/D near the Panchasayar post office. It’s a busy place with doctors and nurses coming in at all hours. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running right, from the front desk to the hallways. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but inside it’s always moving. We don't really do fancy talk here. It’s just about getting the work done every day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to stay late to sort through the files. The Kolkata heat can be a lot, but the building stays cool enough for everyone. We see a lot of families walking through the doors, looking for the right room or waiting for news. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. The staff eats their lunch together when there's a break, usually talking about their commute or what's happening in the city. We’ve seen the area around Panchasayar change over the years, with more buildings going up, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several people need something at the same time. We just take it one person at a time and keep moving forward.
