We've been over here on Pahar Pur Road for a while now. It's a busy spot in Garden-Reach and we've gotten used to the noise. Mostly we deal with cooling systems and keeping things cold for people around Kolkata. The heat here gets pretty bad during the summer months, so we stay busy fixing units or getting parts out to customers who really need them. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a lot of tools, metal parts, and people working. My dad might have started things or maybe it was just a few of us getting together years ago. We handle the technical side of refrigeration because that's what we know how to do. If you walk down towards J-475, you'll see our sign hanging out front. Sometimes the traffic is a real mess right outside our door, but we manage to get the trucks in and out. We aren't doing big TV ads or anything. Usually, people just find us because they need their machines working again and they heard we were nearby. It's dusty work, and the floors are rarely clean, but the equipment gets fixed properly. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so they don't need much instruction. We keep a decent stock of spares in the back room. It’s a straightforward operation. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
