Subhvani Estates Llp

Subhvani Estates Llp is located at 98 Buroshibtala Lane, right on the main road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in that part of Kolkata. The office is right there where the road gets busy. We spend most of our time dealing with land and house stuff. It’s a lot of back and forth with people looking for places to stay or buy. The building itself is older, which gives it some character, though the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We have a small team here. We aren't doing anything fancy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites seeing how things are going. The desk I sit at is covered in post-it notes and old files that I really should organize one of these days. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff that works. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick snack during lunch. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with the horns and the buses, but that is part of life in the city. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just know the local area pretty well and try to use that to help out. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best to stay on top of the paperwork every single day.
