Strongroot Realtors Private Limited is located up on the third floor of 86/B/2 Topsia Road South. We are in Flat-3D, so it’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right that day. Topsia is a very busy part of the city and there is always something happening on the streets below our windows. We handle real estate matters from this small office. It is mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks, working through files and answering the phone. We don't have a big storefront or any bright lights to get people's attention. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or because they already have business in this building. The space is a little tight because we have so many cabinets full of property documents, but it works for what we need to do. We focus on the local market, helping people buy or rent spaces around this side of town. It’s not very glamorous work. There is a lot of checking facts and making sure names on the deeds are correct. We drink plenty of tea and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the noise from the traffic gets loud, but we just keep at it. We have been in this spot for a while now, so we have seen how the neighborhood has changed. We aren't a big chain, just a local team doing property business.
