Starwell Realty Private Limited is located at 57/3G/1 N S C Bose Road. We are up on the 2nd floor of the building. Being in the 700040 area of Kolkata keeps us pretty busy. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we’ve learned to watch our step. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily reality business. It’s mostly just us and the sounds of NSC Bose Road coming through the windows. The traffic can be a lot sometimes, but it’s what we are used to. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in when they have business to discuss. We usually have a pot of tea going because that’s just how we get through the afternoon. The neighborhood has a lot of shops and houses, so there is always something happening outside. We’ve been here for a while and know the local area quite well. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't spend much on decorating; we’d rather just focus on the work on our desks. It’s a quiet enough spot once you are inside, despite the busy road. We just do our thing here every day in our little corner of Kolkata. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish things up, but that is just part of the job. It feels right for us.
