SRI RAM SHYAM ESTATES LLP

We are tucked away on the second floor of 238A, A.J.C. Bose Road. Specifically, we are in Room No. 2A. If you know that part of Kolkata, you know how hectic the traffic can be right outside our door. Sri Ram Shyam Estates LLP has been operating from this building for a bit. It’s a standard office building, nothing too special to look at from the street, but it works for us. Getting up to the second floor is part of our daily routine. The 700020 area near PS Plush is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a quiet moment. We usually have the windows shut to keep some of the noise out, but you can still hear the horns honking down on AJC Bose Road. Our space is filled with files and the usual office furniture you’d expect. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just handle the estate matters that come our way. Usually, someone is making a round of chai around mid-morning to keep everyone going. It is a practical place to work. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s faster that way. We see a lot of people passing through the corridor every day. Being in such a central location means we are close to everything, which is handy for us and anyone coming to see us. We don't really have a big staff, just enough to keep things running smoothly.
