Sri Krishna Saloon

Sri Krishna Saloon is located right on Indra Biswas Road in Belgachia. We've been here for quite some time now, just doing haircuts and shaves for the people around Kolkata 700037. It’s a small place. You probably know the spot if you live nearby. We usually open up early in the morning because that’s when the office crowd likes to stop by before heading into the city. There’s not much fancy stuff here, just the simple chairs and mirrors you’d expect in a neighborhood shop. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on Sundays, so people have to wait on the wooden bench outside or just chat while they wait their turn. We try to keep things moving so no one is stuck too long. The ceiling fans hum along while we work. It’s mostly regular customers who come in, folks from the local streets who’ve been coming for years. We know most of their names by now. If you’re walking down the road, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing big, just a hand-painted one. Sometimes the radio is playing some old film songs in the background. We don’t really do anything complicated, just standard hair cutting and maybe a head massage if someone is feeling tired. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, but we sweep it up when we get a gap. It’s just how a local shop works. We like being part of the Belgachia area. It feels like home to us.
